ALL BOOKINGS MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD AND PHOTO IDENTIFICATION FOR CHECK-IN.
A pre-authorisation using the valid credit card must be provided upon check-in.
If not provided, this will result in failure to check-in (refer to the terms and conditions for more details).

Should you be checking in outside our office hours a pre-arranged check in is mandatory.

AIRPORT TRANSFER:

Turnkey Accommodation can arrange to pick you up from the airport and bring you to the front door of your apartment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please take careful note of our terms and conditions:

STRICT NO PARTIES or large congregations are allowed at any time. Should security be called to your apartment at any time during your stay, the cost will be borne to the guest.
1. Turnkey Accommodation offers additional cleaning services upon your request during your stay.
*Additional charges may apply

2. Turnkey Accommodation will provide an adequate quantity of tea, coffee, toilet paper, linen, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and bath gel.

3. The Guest agrees to keep the apartment clean and tidy during the occupancy and on departure. Extra cleaning charges may apply.

4. The Guest will not hold Turnkey Accommodation responsible for any issue arising from Body Corporate fault or from fault outside the control of Turnkey Accommodation.

5. The Guest shall not allow any part of the apartment or any part of the common areas to be used in such a manner as to cause a nuisance.

6. The Guest must return the keys to Turnkey immediately upon check out. Failure to return the keys will result in the replacement cost being charged to the Guest.

7. All bookings must have a valid credit card and photo identification for check-in.
A pre-authorisation using the valid credit card or cash must be provided upon check-in. If not provided this will result in failure to check-in.
The pre-authorisation amount per apartment: AUD 200

8. All American Express and Diners Club credit cards incur a 3.85% surcharge on all transactions.

9. On the final day of occupancy, the guest must check out by no later than 10.00am unless a late check out has been arranged. Failure to check out by 10.00am may result in a charge of half the nightly tariff.

10. Should any item not be found in the apartment on check out, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.

11. Any item damaged either within the apartment or in the common area as a result of misuse by the Guest will be charged to the Guest for repair or replacement.

12. Payment for stays less than 28 nights will be charged in advance.

13. The Guest agrees to pay for any telephone calls made during the occupancy at the specified rate.

14. The Guest will not smoke in the apartment or any part of the common areas.

15. The Guest agrees to abide to all Body Corporate rules and regulations as specified in the Apartment Compendium. The Guest agrees to read these rules and regulations on check in.

16. The Guest agrees to abide to all swimming pool and gymnasium rules.

17. No pets are permitted during the occupancy at any time.

18. STRICT NO PARTIES or large congregations are allowed at any time.

Should security be called to your apartment at any time during your stay, the cost will be borne to the guest.

19. The maximum occupancy per apartment is:
One bedroom apartments: 2 people
Two bedroom apartments 4 people

20. Children three years and younger are not included in the maximum occupancy

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy of Turnkey Accommodation is:

1. Turnkey Accommodation has a "No Cancellation policy"
2. Postponements can be arranged but are at the discretion of Turnkey Accommodation
3. A deposit will be charged as security over the booking on confirmation unless the full amount has been paid to an Turnkey Accommodation supplier or a pre-arrange alternative has been made

Party and Alcohol Consumption Policy

Welcome to Turnkey Accommodation.
We trust you will enjoy your stay with us. In order to ensure that your stay is enjoyable, and to prevent any disappointment to you,
please ensure you read the following serviced apartment policy concerning parties being held in the apartment, and the bringing of excessive amounts of alcohol to the apartments.

NO PARTIES ON THE PREMISES

Turnkey Accommodation has a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in the apartments. A party being defined as:

1.Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per apartment is exceeded.

2. Any situation where the noise level from the apartment is deemed too high thereby disturbing other apartment guests and/or the apartment residents.

3. Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from the apartment is identified.

4. Any situation where it is deemed that intoxication is occurring.

5. Any situation where it is identified that excessive alcohol is present.

6. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party,
management reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises.

In the event that an eviction does occur,
the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment,
replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES

Turnkey Accommodation does not allow for excessive levels of alcohol to be brought into the apartment premises.
Excessive amounts of alcohol being defined as:

1. Multiple Cases/slabs/cartons of beer etc.
2. Multiple Cases/bottles of spirits/wines.

In the event that a registered guest or any persons associated with that guest,
are identified as bringing excessive amounts of alcohol into the apartment premises that person will be requested to relinquish the alcohol to the reception.
It will be stored in safekeeping for their retrieval on departure, or alternatively for the alcohol to be permanently removed off the premises.

If at any stage should a person be deemed in breach of this policy, and refuse to abide by management requests, that person will be requested to leave the premises.

ADDITIONAL ACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN EVICTION

Turnkey Accommodation reserve the right to immediately evict any guest,
visitor or member of the public for the following reasons, but not limited to:

1. Intoxication and/or unsavoury/lewd behaviour
2. The throwing of objects over the apartment balconies
3. Spitting over the balcony
4. Wilful damage to apartment and/or resident property
5. Physical or verbal assault/abuse on the apartment staff, other guests, apartment residents, members of the public on apartment premises
6. Any behaviour deemed as a potential safety threats to others
7. Any breach of the alcohol or party policies
8. Any incident for which the police are required to attend

CONSEQUENCES OF EVICTION

In the event that an eviction of any nature occurs, the registered guest,
their associates and visitors, will not be able to make future reservations at Turnkey Accommodation.
Should the guest fail to adhere to this request to leave premises;
Police will be called which may result in further action being taken against the person/s in question.

Please be aware Building Managers and Security companies also have the power to evict rooms making a disturbance to residents.
